The original DiSC Profile and Dimensions of Behavior provides a way of understanding yourself and others. Based the work of William Moulton Marston (influenced by Carl Jung), the developer of the D.I.S.C. Model. While DISC is not a test, because there are no right or wrong answers it is often referred to as the DISC Test.  This four quadrant behavioral personality profile or test (though it is not a test, as there are no right or wrong answers, behavioral styles or types) provides a better understanding of yourself and others.
